Join us for a special class- 75 minutes of Yoga Nidra + Sound! Did you know one hour of Nidra is equal to 4 hours of sleep! Join us as Amy leads you through a relaxing guided meditation allowing the body and mind to unwind and settle into a deep state of calm while Coleen brings in the magic of the singing bowls in the background. You will leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Come spoil yourself! No movement- no experience required.
