About the event

Join Coleen McGrath for a Sound Bath Meditation EVERY MONTH at Amani Med Spa. We will start with a brief introduction to the instruments and begin with setting our intentions. From there is nothing else you need to do except lie back and relax.

Enjoy the Sounds and Vibrations from the Tibetan and Crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, drum and more.

Haven’t experienced a Sound Bath? Not sure what to expect? Answer: PURE RELAXATION -nothing at ALL needs to be done except showing up

“The adult body is 75% water, and water is a great conductor for sound vibration,” “When vibrations travel through the body, they promote circulation, energy flow, and rejuvenation. The frequency of the sound synchronizes with the brainwaves and activates destress responses in the body.” These vibrations are especially useful for healing the body. “(Malbert Lee)

Come unwind from the week with some You time- you will leave feeling totally relaxed. Come join us won’t you Exchange is $25 - To sign up please call 813-685-6111
