About the event
Join me for a weekly yoga class every Wednesday evening to reset the body and mind. This class will incorporate a Vinyasa flow style practice to help release any tension or stress in the physical body. We will finish the class with a iRest Yoga Nidra and/or Sound Healing to sooth the nervous system completely.
Modifications always offered and encouraged. All bodies and levels are welcome.
Location will be provided once reserved. This is a private location. See you on the mat.
