Nourish Your Soul Yoga & Sound Retreat

*Accommodation is in a shared bedroom setting. Each of the six bedrooms is occupied with two beds and a small table.  (There are no private arrangements available at this retreat.) Total of 5 bathrooms.

*Yoga, Meditation, and Sound Bath Journey’s daily- (All levels are welcome, and modifications offered).

*Practice space at two houses AND PRIVATE YOGA STUDIO- BOTH INSIDE AND OUTSIDE, that provides extra spaces for us to practice and hold sound baths!

*A personal chef will be providing our meals during the retreat. All meals in the cabin are included in the price. Typical day will include brunch, dinner and dessert and snacks for in between meals.

*Access to TWO INFRARED SAUNAS, HOT TUB, Outdoor Showers, outdoor swinging bed, lounge areas, bonfire, and hiking trails!

*Hike(s) to local waterfall(s)

*DID I MENTION SOUND BATHS- MULTIPLE!

*Yoga Nidra practices

*The Retreat space provides all linens, towel, hand towel, washcloth, shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair dryer in every bathroom. ALL Yoga mats, back jacks, yoga blankets, blocks, straps, bolsters are provided however, you are welcome to bring your own as well.

*Optional additional services for an additional cost:  Thai Massage, Trauma Release, Individual Sound sessions, individual Reiki sessions.

EARLY BIRD SPECIAL UNTIL 12/31/23- $899 PER PERSON.  Minimum $250 deposit to secure your space.
