Yoga Nidra= Yogic Sleep

iRest is designed to support a person’s healthy defenses and conditioning, and to allow the person to uncover and integrate challenging material and experiences at their own pace. A typical Yoga Nidra is more imagery based and more directive while the iRest practice allows a person to “welcome” and accept themselves as they are, as it is in this moment. It doesn’t help them escape their problems, but rather to accept them, find meaning to them, and live purposeful, vital lives. iRest also integrates an “inner resource” or “safe place” as a typical yoga Nidra does not.

iRest Yoga Nidra offers you a profound guided meditation that teaches deep relaxation and how to live with the paradox of life and love so that you can return to the remembrance of your perfect well-being.
