About the event

Experience a deep state of relaxation and stillness with Yin Yoga. Enjoy indulging in the sounds and vibrations of Crystal and Himalavan singing bowls. During this practice you will experience a 90 minute hip focused Yin practice, complete with any props or modifications you may need. Rebecca will be offering optional hands-on enhancements that show some of the Yin postures in the Vedic Thai Yoga style. All while Coleen selects the perfect sounds and tones to wash over you and take your healing to a deeper level.
