About the event

Join me for an hour of Gentle Yoga at the beautiful Amani Med Spa.  We will move through a gentle and slow moving class to help wind down our day and let the bodies and mind relax and recharge.  We will end with an extended savasana with music from the Singing bowls to allow for even a deeper relaxation. 

All levels are welcome.  Call 813-685-6111 to reserve your space as space is limited.
