Autumn Exhale is an intimate, soul-nourishing retreat designed to help you soften, ground, and reset as the seasons shift. Imagine yourself Set in the Blue Ridge Mountains, this long weekend invites you to step away from the noise of daily life and into a space of rest, reflection, and gentle care for your nervous system.
This retreat is intentionally unhurried — spacious days, nourishing meals, calming practices, and time to simply be.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Throughout the weekend, you’ll be guided through a thoughtfully curated experience that balances gentle structure with plenty of free time.

  • Daily- (Multiple) All-levels yoga practices focused on grounding and ease

  • Daily- (Multiple) Guided meditation and immersive sound bath experiences

  • Quiet moments for rest, journaling, or reflection

  • Time outdoors to enjoy the beauty of the mountains

Ayurveda, Gently Woven In

Ayurveda is softly integrated into the retreat experience — never heavy or overwhelming.

From chef-prepared, seasonal meals to simple daily rhythms that support grounding during the fall season, Ayurvedic wisdom is offered as a quiet backdrop to help nourish digestion, balance energy, and promote overall well-being.

No prior knowledge of Ayurveda is needed — just an openness to slowing down and listening to your body.

MEALS & NOURISHMENT

You’ll enjoy chef-prepared meals made with seasonal ingredients and intentional care. Meals are designed to be comforting, nourishing, and supportive — the kind that make you feel grounded and cared for.  Trust me when I tell you- You will want to take the Chef home with you!!! Shes amazing!

*Brunch and Dinner/Dessert; *Light breakfast items available prior to brunch and snacks along to be provided thru the day

ACCOMMODATIONS & SETTING

The retreat takes place in a cozy mountain unique retreat home nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Georgia. The space is designed to feel warm, calming, and restorative — perfect for unplugging and settling into the slower rhythm of the weekend. You will feel a sense of peace as soon as you enter!

Accommodations are shared, fostering a sense of connection while still allowing space for rest and quiet.

Main house consists of 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Multiple infrared saunas, hot tub, tons of lounge space with hammocks, swing bed. We have two practice spaces, one indoor and one outdoor.

INVESTMENT

Founder Rate of $850 is available for the first 11 guests as a thank-you for being early to this offering. Space is intentionally limited to keep the retreat intimate.  Regular rate $995.

  • $250 deposit to reserve your spot. 

  • Remaining balance due 7/31/26.

  • Payment to be made via Venmo, Cash App or Paypal, or check.
